Camera pods, some kind of special viewer (looks like it would be bad for your eye), and grappler arms on spaceships! This is creative, and it's great! OH MY GOD THAT BATTLE WAS AWESOME! Hiding out in the other pirates territory. So just running. They really have no direction do they? All the secrets of the mission died with Hilda. Going to be difficult to proceed from here. Gurren Lagann's better moments were pretty close to this. But Gundam IBO has NOTHING on this! At least not thus far. The closest Toonami has gotten to that level of awesome was Gundam Unicorn!
