Making quality friends is more important. I am friendly and associate with alot of people from many different facets of life (and I don't mean just here on this message board). Whether or not I am friends with them is not really very relevant to whether I should be happy or fulfilled, but forming a lasting intense and passionate bond with someone is an essential part of human life I believe. Focus on that.

My advice: refer to strangers by names that are probably not theirs. That way it seems you know them well as Susan when in fact you are meeting Morgan for the first time.
