Touka had like two minutes with her looking at that school and we've seen like almost none of the other ghouls that seemed like the main group in season 1. For someone who is still on the front blu ray cover Ken is barely in this season so far

And whoever was paid to adapt the first season story from the manga as well. The manga is actually popular so even the first season in the manga was probably a lot less of a mess too.
