South Park because it has gotten too passive aggressive and overly preachy with it's humor to the point where it's not as funny anymore and Family Guy because it's jokes simply don't make sense anymore.

One of the things that keeps the show so great is Vernon Chatman has been a part of their team for so long. As often noted, "PFFR Forever", I also say South Park Forever. Matt and Trey are awesome.
