Looking for ways Conor would get destroyed outside of his element, I came across this......Recklessly (I feel) this isn't a staple in fight fan history (or maybe I just missed it, don't see how)......This this the worst ringside accommodation I've ever seen.

I couldn't watch that all the way through.

Not being a fight fan in any respect (as in I don't watch fights, not that I'm opposed to the sport), I assume the protocol is that if a fighter does not appear to be competent to stop a fight because of his own injury the ringside doctor is supposed to step in?

It's awful man....I can't believe I've never seen this. And I'm glad I didn't until today

Could someone have stopped the fight besides the fighter?  What about the referee?

These things don't make the rounds on major media, so it's not a surprise you didn't hear about it, most people don't.

This particular death actually received more eyes than most 'cause mma outlets worldwide covered it 'cause the kid came from the former light weight champs gym, Anthony Pettis, and his coach was in the corner. The gym's practices were brought into question as pro fighters who left it began to speak out. I believe there was a civil suit, but i'm not sure what came from it.

A heavyweight pro died this past week and he barely got some mentions, mostly 'cause of his exposure in the UFC.

Part of the sport people don't want to see.
