Still Me

Recommended Posts

was so fuckin good, highly recommend

It's the only album I still have an original copy of......Well that and some real oldies like curtis matfield and the OJays, but those are on 12 inchers.

I still have some Outkast CDs as well, but without the cases I don't like to call it the "albums"

i think I trashed all my CDs ...as for 2pac music, I was still rather young when he was big and when he died...so I didn't get to appreciate him till much later

He died when I was a freshman in high school. A lot of my friends and fellow classmates at the time were fans. I wasn't in to hip hop or gangsta rap at the time, but I knew the world lost an incredibly gifted artist.

Frankly, I often wonder what might have been had both he and Biggie survived. I often watch Empire and look at Terrance Howard's character, Lucious Lyon, and wonder if either one of the two fallen icons of the '90s hip hop scene would've become like Lucious had they lived. Sadly, we will never know.
