Well her lineage seem nice from what I can tell. I even met one of her great grandchildren. They were here for somebody's funeral service and asked if they could come and see the house they used to live in. I'm the first outsider of the three generations to own this house.

I mean...pizza and bagels...New York's got'em.🤷♀️

I think it was in upstate new york...like in my 20s

Weeeeeeeellllllll now here's where I confuse myself. Because when I think of blue cheese I instinctually grimace because I'm reminded of times where I've accidentally eaten it when it was hidden in things or on a cracker at a party etc. and at those times I want to immediately bat it the fuck out of my mouth like I presume most people who've accidentally ingested rotten moldy food that is inconceivable both dry and wet at the same time would want to do. HOWEVER! I....kinda sorta maybe really enjoy....waldorf salads ............................. soooooooo.....yeeeeeahsssss?

Mrs. Moore. The first owner of my current house and possibly a ghosty roommate of mine.

This is definitely true. Domino's used to be the cardboard pizza. Now it's not terrible.

I can't remember the last time I had Pizza Hut.

Garlic is just delicious. Sorry @tsar4

Just tastes like very earthy mold to me.

It was the closest thing I had to pizza! Tomato sauce, cheese and...a carb! I did my best okay? I even put mozzarella on it. Oh...and here, I took a pic. Doesn't look it here, but it's quite large. It's like a 4 x 3 foot frame. Maybe I should've put something in for reference.

I'll answer just about any question if I know the answer to it. (1) Oh I'm sure you already know the answer to that. Of course I did. This is kind of her house after all. The parts were built in England in 1912 and then shipped to the States in 1915 as a wedding gift to her. Also she may have kindly made me aware of her presence the first night I slept here, in which case we sort of "live" together. So yeah I hung up the picture. Plus I found an old trunk in the attic that had a whole ton of documents and adorable letters and birthday cards from her great grandkids to her so I sort of feel like I got to know them a bit. The way they wrote back then was so eloquent. The grandkids were in grade school writing with better vocabulary and grammar than most adults now. (2) Nah I was just being funny about the music video. I mean I might take before and after pics but it's all very slow going. It's like every time I contemplate an improvement a pipe bursts or the foundation in the basement/garage starts to crumble that needs immediate attention. Actually now that I think about it it's less like living in The Adams Family and more like living in The Money Pit. Oh...I love my tiny toilet...I have one in what I presume was the water closet (it's under the main staircase)...I think I like it so much because I'm only 5' 1"

Yeah? Lol, it was like "Night!" and then Blayze would saunter in after getting home from work. There was a brief time where I'm not sure when I slept. Either IBing or gaming - there were a bunch of us that started playing Halo PvP at one point.

*waves* I don't know how many of my posts ended with "Ope, I hear the birds chirping. Guess this is goodnight then!"

Or walking down the block

Now I'm hungry. Imma go make half a meatball sandwich...

lmao, well she was English and something tells me pizza wasn't big in the early 1900's there...although she could be curious. This is reminding me of that show Ghosts, I think it was on Paramount...CBS...Idk but there's a character called Hetty that's a ghost and British and is dressed similarly to the way Mrs. Moore is in her portrait. Hetty would've wanted to try pizza but would have come up with a reason why it was blasphemous.
-
Not for the ghost, or Mrs. Moore respectively. No, for the ghost I got an original portrait of Mrs. Moore as a housewarming gift from the previous caretaker who bought it back from the local museum he donated it to and a couple of fun stories about sightings of her walking along one particular corridor on the second floor. Apparently the Moores' were a prominent bunch in the area. But I did get a discount for the condition of the place (it's a historical fixer upper from 1912 that was last updated in...1912. Okay that's a bit of an exaggeration but some parts of the house are still knob and tube electricity and you can tell where the gas lamps used to be. LOTS of repairs needed. I basically live in the Adams Family mansion and I'm one black cat and a smoke machine away from being able to film an 80's music video, you know, the kind that are monochrome or in sepia tones and take place in an abandoned mansion with iron garden furniture inside, billowing curtains on the floor to ceiling windows, dead leaves blowing in from the outside and the main singer sitting backwards on some chair in the center of the room. Still though, pizza here isn't as good as Jersey or New York pizza. And they cut the round pies into squares...like it's a thing here...why...just why?
-
Hmmm...I'm also a fan of the olives and mushroom and the buffallo chicken, but also white garlic broccoli, orrrrrr sicilian slice no onions. And apparently I bought a haunted house but so far I like and respect her so...I'm staying.
