    We've long since stopped expecting great sense from the Toonami crew. ASA makes Toonami seem like geniuses, but that's not saying much. Demarco and co. still do a lot of stupid shit. I'm not super familiar with Ito, and I didn't see that other Ito anime, but, if what you say is true, then that throws more doubt into this series' success. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I really wouldn't put it past Demarco do yet another thing that doesn't make sense. Nice Balsa avatar, by the way.

    I don't know what reruns you're talking about, or what you're trying to say with that. But if viewers really balk at a show running at the front or in the middle of the block, which has happened at times, it can end up fucking over the rest of the shows that air after it. During particularly disastrous, baffling moves, like airing Attack on Titan reruns at the beginning of the block, that, along, with previous bonehead programming decisions leading up to it, ended up getting the block chopped in half. And who knows how much money they are spending on Uzumaki that could potentially be put to better use elsewhere. It better be good.

    They don't even know if shows are dubbed or not? Seriously? That's some crack team we've got there. More like a team on crack. Still, I can't see how Demarco could like the show, when the fan service is all over the place in it. It's not exactly a minor thing or infrequent at all. There's much better shows they could have come up with to "fill a slot for a while." Sounds like this show is... filler. Heh. There was fan service in the first two Fire Force episodes also. Yeah watching a 1-3 episodes for most shows to get an idea of them is probably okay with most shows.

    Yes, but Demarco has blamed other departments to pass the buck before, like programming, master control, and S&P, etc. Also, what Sketchor said. And why would Funimation make an edit like they're trying to put the show on old daytime Toonami? What the hell is even going on here? If that's implying actual penetration then this show may have crossed a line, "joke fantasy" foodgasm scene or not.

Wtf is a givegasm? Me posting this picture tonight is even more fitting than I expected! Not only does Mochi frequent the Food Wars threads, he made this one! I kept this box for the novelty. I should try to find these again, though. I think I remember liking them! By the way, this photo was taken with my NEW PHONE. Samsung Galaxy S10+ I've been struggling along with my Galaxy S5 for a long time now! This new one is awesome! I'm still finding out all the features. But since now I have a phone with good battery lifespan again, and no real issues with lag, it was good for show discussions last week! Pretty much I use the boards on my phone during Toonami, and I'm on the PC at other times. I have my PC to the right of my TV, but I'd still have to switch chairs, from my recliner to my desk chair, so no good for live discussion. I guess if you had a laptop or tablet would be the only other way to do it.
