    You know I just realized something, this show reminds me more of Soul Eater than Fire Force even does. With the kids learning to be heroes at UA is like the reaper school or whatever it was in Soul Eater, and that wacky animal principal kind of reminds me of Lord Death. Hell, it can be argued this show has more wackiness and whimsy than Fire Force!

    Black Clover Page 96 Discussion Last time on Black Clover, the pieces were finally put together as far as the most of the backstory for the elves. We learned that far in the past, there were hopes Elves and humans might live at peace with the marriage of Licht to Tetya, and her pregnancy. Unfortunately, the wedding is attacked by a light magic user that Patry assumes is Tetya's brother, having betrayed them. Licht cast a resurrection spell, and years later, Patry finds himself possessing the body of Vangeance, and looking exactly like Licht. He takes on the persona of Licht and finds Fana, Vetto, and Rhya, and forms the Eye of the Midnight Sun, vowing revenge on humanity and with plans to revive more elves.     Speaking about commercials generally here. Remember when commercial breaks used to be unique and you'd not see the same commercial more than once during a show, maybe even all night? Now you see the same fucking commercials over and over, during the same show, even in the same ad break sometimes! Do they think the viewers are Dory now or something? What the hell is up with that? I'm getting really tired of the fucking narcolepsy commercial where the mom passes out and you hear "Mama.. Mamaaaaaa!" Here it is -

    Since it just went to the next season, does that mean Demarco willingly renewed it? And why even get it in the first place? Is he afraid Toonami would be culturally irrelevant if they didn't air Food Wars? I gotta say the whole foodgasm thing was overhyped, and it's not like the show has that much else going on around it to make up for it. And yes, put it in the back, at least!
