    Ep 328 - 100 year quest... so it's NOT over? So... there is actually a Fairy Tail manga called 100 Year Quest currently being released. How is Mashima working on two mangas at the same time? Well, it says he releases it every other week, with the help of others, but still. But, the main story clearly ended but it's still going?? Anybody know if this manga is good? Well, it is the end of an era. I made a dumb mistake by not jumping on Fairy Tail as soon as I could, in the vain hope Toonami might finally air it. Lesson learned. But I'm glad I was at least able to watch and discuss most of Final Season live. I loved the show and think the last arc and ending was pretty good, despite some issues I have with it, and some truly unfortunate animation. Don't know if I can say I like it more than Rave Master, but I love both for Mashima's trademark charm and style and how fun, adventurous, heartwarming, and uplifting everything is. It doesn't hurt that Mashima is pretty damn good with representation, and the utilization of the women, too. I definitely put Fairy Tail as one of my all time favorite series. That said, there is still a decent chunk of Fairy Tail to chow down on! I can watch the OVAs and movies now. And there is the new video game coming out, and 100 Year Quest!

    It seems more like Grand Minister is the real power, since the Zenos are so stupid and Minister basically runs everything. But how do we know Zeno can't fight? He wiped out an entire universe!

    I'm late because I was out with family eating a Thai restaurant, and then... Japanese snow milk? And another reason, but I'll get into that in a bit. For now, here are my thoughts on tonight's [NEW] Super episode - Super - Good ole Motel 6. "We'll leave the light on for ya." And that girl band is cute. Now THIS is a fight. Some unique, interesting and creative techniques and fight choreography here. Good stuff. So, Goku had to go to all these ridiculous lengths and forms to get to this level... but Jiren is just being Jiren? Really? And not only that, Goku is using a super-zen-like state (like seriously this is basic martial arts shit guys) non-Saiyan-specific technique. And powered up from his normal state. No Super Saiyan involved here. But Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan Blue used God energy? But this form is not an upgrade to either or in any way related?? The more you talk and the more Goku is a silent badass, the more you look like a loser, Jiren. Soooooo did Jiren just break through to a new level due to the emotions of the situation, like a Super Saiyan, or was he STILL holding back? If it's the latter, then LOL. JIREN MILLION TIMES KAIO-KEN!!!! Eehhhhh still not so sure about Cadence of Hyrule. Not a big fan of rhythm games either, Tom. I dunno. But my completionist self is in conflict with my rythm game hating self. MUST PLAY ALL ZELDAS. BUT IS RYTHM GAME! MUST NOT PLAY! BUT MUST! RRZZZZZTT* He didn't bounce back every time, Krillin. Goku has lost plenty of fights. And he died to Raditz, and couldn't beat Cell or Buu. DO YOU EVEN WATCH YOUR OWN SHOW, KRILLIN?! Goku fights for all of us? Oh so you finally got Goku's character right, Toei? Nice heartwarming nostalgic montage. UUHHH FRIEZA doesn't belong there. He was not "converted to the nakama." Okay now you crossed a line, Jiren. Trying to blow up the stands (and I don't think there was a rule agaisnt that.) Get em, Goku! So now the God Energy is fucking Goku up? Why was this not hinted at at all before now? And was Goku about to give Jiren some energy to keep fighting?! Fuck off Jiren. It's Frieza! Haha 17 is still alive. Can't say I would have ever predicted 17 and Frieza teaming up back in the old Z days. 17 should just blindsided Jiren and kicked him out of the ring lmao.

    It was different guys fighting Hidan and Kakuzu. But the one guy looked kind of similar to this guy. That guy WAS part of the group that fought the Sound Four though. And the guy with the face scar/deformity was on tonight too lol. According to Naruto wiki his name is Genma Shiranui. Don't remember this ever being said lol.

    Was he one of the guys who got beat off-screen by Orichimaru's henchmen? It was done presumably to keep their curse mark forms a surprise, but also left those two ninjas abilities as a surprise. And then I think we finally saw those two guys fight against Hidan and Kakuzu, but was this guy one of them?

    That was also written off as the core of Namek being denser than Frieza was used to, and then Goku said it was really because Frieza was a coward and held back on his blast so he wouldn't get blown up with the planet. In this tournament, it was maybe believable when there were a lot of fighters in it, and we could be seeing lots of fights going on at the same time. But seeing just the same group of fighters for so long here at the end... no lol. I don't know why they even did the stupid time limit thing anyway.
