I haven't read the whole articles yet word by word and not sure if I want to, because again, spoilers, but from what I understand, it was going to show stuff that happened during a time skip in the manga, maybe even potentially explain things better, and was going to be supervised by the original author. You don't get much better for a filler arc than that. Someone needs to look it up and give us a spoiler-free report lol.

It seemed odd that Endeavor is randomly getting focus now with no build up. And yeah a bad start to redemption story. Giving flowers and trying to woo his ex-wife is classic abuser tactic and doesn't come off well at all. And didn't Endeavor never love her to begin with and was only using her to breed heroes? So what sort of relationship is he even trying to restore? Yeah things happening off-screen is pretty lame. We see this battle showing Endeavor giving his all to stop a villain and protect people. But, that's his job. He can save people still be an asshole. He's already done this when the show was still trying to portray him as an asshole. So I'm not sure what this is supposed to accomplish. And there is nothing wrong with his character being like that either. The show has tried to establish from early on that not all heroes are good people. And honestly I'd rather have Endeavor be put in his place than redeemed. So yeah again it's a bad start to a redemption story. But it's only one episode and hopefully it will improve. The author did such a good job with Bakugo's development. I'd hate to see him bungle it here.

I swear it's like someone went on a Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas-level booze and drug craze and then just made whatever they saw into episodes. Even the most crazy Adult Swim shows have some sense of pacing and logic. This show is nonstop nonsense at mach speed and most of the time it isn't even funny. I guess Demarco thought we would like it due to the superficial anime similarities.

She got the horns but otherwise looked the same when she used the sealing spell. So eyes must have changed from using it on the prince or after she came out of the bird form. Maybe part 2 will show that. Otherwise I have something else to go back and check.

So did Secre's eyes change because of the forbidden spell, or being alive for 500 years? The eye color looks duller, and she has lines under her eyes like she hasn't slept in weeks! But then the ED used a weird character design with Secre being pale and looking younger, doesn't look like either version of her.

Haha I like how Secre's hair stands up when she gets mad etc. Is that a general anime thing?

Did we already see this flashback before? When did we know Licht had sword magic and not light magic? The real Licht, Patry as Licht had light magic, but we didn't know he was Patry then. And Tetya has wind magic. Hmmm.

Hey, we got new visuals like you said! I did think it was odd to start a new OP right at the end of an arc with final battle visuals that soon wouldn't be relevant to the episodes' content. So they changed visuals now that its over with haha. And didn't show the Devil in the OP before he was shown, so we didn't get spoilers from the OP. So basically we had a special version of an OP just for a few episodes of a final battle. I can't think of another case like this, haha.

I was wondering what I was hearing for a minute there. It's just the ED for this show. But I could swear I was hearing a song from Black Clover or something. I wonder if this band did a song for Black Clover.
