I was only half joking when I asked. XD I was actually looking at those USDA and FHA programs. I took the home buyer class so I wouldnt seem like a complete doofus. I have to schedule a session with a housing counselor to get my certificate. Im kind of hoping they could point me in a good direction about lenders and real estate agents. My credit is pretty good aside from the student loans I owe the government. Im just a little concerned about what I can actually afford but I think buying a house would be more affordable. Renting in a safe quiet complex is insane for 2 bedrooms. I actually dont want to start looking too soon for houses and risk getting my hopes up for nothing >.<
