Theres a beautiful black girl ..a coworker of mine. Shes been employee of the month a few times...just kicks ass at her job and works so hard and is so sweet. Well she just got hired at verizon wireless making $18/ hr. She was telling me all this shit our job put her thru..how she works two jobs without health insurance.. Now she has this perfect job and i know shes gonna kick so much ass and have an incredible future and im so fucking touched..and beyond happy for her. The whole thing is just so beautiful. Omg. I just wish i could tell her how much of an opportunity this is for her and how much i hope she doesn't fuck it up like i did when i was her age and working at verizon. She already knows all the tech support stuff...she could make 60-80 k if not 6 figures...please please dont let her mess it up 😭😭😭 Dreams really do come true. I just feel God has anointed her and shes gonna be alright from here on out. ❤❤

grow hair long/// gonna wear a lot of protective styes while my real hair grows. gonna wear my hair like this 1.5 month to 3 months.. then get braids continue losing weight.. bump it down to 500 calories a day... add yogurt and a multivitamin... green veggies.. maybe start some shakes cuz is hard to chew these days... drink as much water as healthy to drink get my teeth straigtened.... maybe even shaved down.. they pointy as fuck get eyelash vitamins and serum to grow my eyelashes out thick or learn how to put on false lashes somehow myself heated lipo treatments to tighten skin and tail end of weight lose wean off fasting and start exercising in the gym as i eat regularly wardrobe improvements

im jealous you are stable and healthy enough to make a lunch bag beforehand for work. i rolled out of bed 9 minutes before I had to leave, washed my face, brushed my teeth, took my meds and was like "oh i have to make my crab salad.. ah afuck it time to go. imma just bitesquad it today" like i have money like that. my white bff roommate used to make the best beef stir fry. she use thin tasty beef and ive never been able to find beef cut as thin as the one she used. this was 20 years ago. been searching for that meat for 20 years LOL we arent friends anymore and i hate her too much to just ask LOL

Lol i was scared to go to them for decades cuz i too thought it was a white people thing and i wouldn't be welcomed. The food is good and cheap tho. But yeah...its mostly overcrowded with white folk. I suspect they like the Southern cooking cuz they don't kno how to cook like that themselves.

Cats i named: Cutes Ms. Kitty Justin (cuz he looked cuz like the kitty version of Justin off queer as folk) Bandit Squiggles Ok maybe not as great as I thought. My cats lived awhile so i dont have a whole lot Madison is pretty great at naming kitties. She named the blue eyed white one Ghost. Then theres midnight. Cocoa. Tip (white dot at tip of tail lol) My mom has named the most..all i can recall is Nala (uppity bitch who attacked her) and Squirrel. i feel bad. I gotta relearn all those cats names we got nowadays lol

I really dont know. On tv its always lots of salads And pasta...i know u eat lots of spaghetti Chicken but not fried unless fast food and u dont season it all or very little Or huge breakfast buffets then u just grab a piece of toast and go to school ignoring the ginormous buffet Theres hardly any white people at work and ive never seen the couple we got go in for any of the free food we have I remember this one white woman eating celery and carrots I know u love bagels but this is old info ..like 20+ old cuz u dont like the carbs anymore I know white people looooove chik fil a but i dont know what u order mostly from there. I kno u love the gross burgers from McDonald's but i doubt u go there often..i mostly wanna know what u cook for yourself at home other than pasta and chicken Black people eat amazing tasty food but most of it is unhealthy. Lots of rice and gravy and meat flavored veggies. Lots of chicken. In SC we eat a lot seafood....so lots of fish shrimp and crabmeat. I eat more crab meat than anything now that i think of it. Crabmeat salad is my staple as I lose this weight. Mom feeds madison lots of beans and rice. Madison claims she doesnt eat "like the family" basically..shes not big on black food...doesn't even eat chicken off the bone...i have to buy her lots of sub sandwiches and salad. She also eats oatmeal and cereal. Wont touch grits. Lol..so maybe i need u to help me figure out what to feed my child as well....since her palate leans mostly on her white side.

Since ive been fasting im hardly hungry tho now that i think of it I ate at 2pm and could barely finish my food. Mostly because not eating regularly has my eating muscles getting out of shape and it hurts when i do eat...so i cant eat much in one sitting...
