i work out in the morning to sweat off the alcohol then i keep pumping caffeine into my veins to remain functional, so i'm so wired when i get home i have to drink myself back to sleep. that, and i devote a great deal of effort to thinking about anything other than my own life.

solid strategy. i do have one great grandfather who didn't get here until 1908. maybe i'll just claim him and pretend the rest of it never happened.

i've been hitting it a bit too hard of late. especially during the week. (which has to stop) for some reason it's just easier for me to stop for awhile than to cut back a bit. let my body reset, and i'll be able to go back to drinking like a normal person. at least for awhile.
