Well apparently this is when all the retirees go shopping or some shit it's worse here now than it is on a Sunday afternoon and they're all old people. Some boomer tried to sneak in line in front of me and like 3 other people even though he asked where the line ended and the guy behind me told him. I pretended I didn't see him and made sure to maintain my place in line

Already hate everything about it even though it's just been one client calling me so far. He called to, basically, ask for a ride tomorrow morning. Apparently he had my coworker drop him off at his friend's house to spend the night and didn't think through how he was going to get home and thought it appropriate to call me on our crisis line to ask me to pick him up tomorrow. I told him that the crisis line is not for asking for rides and he said he knew that. THEN WHY THE FUCK DID YOU CALL

Not immediately. The program I want to do is actually an associates but still would pay better than what I make now, and I could also get a maser's in it later on to make even more money.

Just wanting something new. It's not exactly a bad place to work or anything. There's just not a lot of room for advancement (the girl leaving at the end of this month was "chosen" by our supervisor to be a team lead. But they refused to increase her pay accordingly with the increase in responsibility), and a lot of the upper management have either never done the kind of community based work we do, or haven't done it since before cell phones were a thing so don't really know what it's like today and don't listen to workers feedback very well on some of the decisions they make. Not to mention that driving ~2000 miles a month really wears you and your car out. I like the flexibility in schedule and the fact that I'm not stuck at a desk all day but I also get tired of all the driving and having to rely on mentally ill people maintaining their appointments in order to maintain my productivity standard.

One of them just had her last day before the holiday, and another is leaving at the end of this month I've started seriously considering moving on, too. Only problem is I can't seem to find anything I'm qualified for that pays as much as I make now that isn't just doing the same exact thing I am now. Also I know that I'll be trying to go back to school Summer 2021 and will either need to focus on that full time or just find some part time job while I complete school so I'd just be switching jobs again after only a little over a year if I switched now.
