Well, that was bizarre - I had the address with the "can't find website" still in one of my browser tabs & thought, "what the heck" and hit refresh. I was taken to a French video site - the staging address was still in the window. Hacked already?

The entire "The Beach Boys Christmas Album". The store mgr at the second place I worked loved it & put it on an endless loop (auto-reverse cassette that I had jerry-rigged into the PA system). As they always do. Yesterday's Packers vs Bears game was supposed to have wind chills as low as -35F, but the temp wimped out. Still it was cold enough to push the 12/23/1999 game I was at to the 7th coldest (Tampa at Bears). 10F without the wind chill - all the scoring was at our endzone. I learned that the hot chocolate they were selling was actually molten lava & severely burned my tongue.

A coworker's stomach was hurting him a few weeks ago. Found out today they'll be giving him radiation to kill the pain, then he'll go directly into hospice. They found cancer everywhere in his body.
