You got one hell of a birthday game last night. 16-1. Hopefully, the Sox will finish off the Yankees today.

We, well, we do not have access to that here. Unfortunately. So we rarely have Asian cuisine. However, we do have access to lots of Hispanic items, so we make Spanish dishes a lot. We also cook a lot of Indian food. I am a fool for curry. I make curried chicken burritos with a homemade spicy mayo. Sometimes, I combine the cultures, like with the above mentioned, and a lot of times it works.

The Kim chi looks great. Mans I have never had pumpkin porridge. It looks great. I’d try the dumpling soup too.

One of our favorites here, authentic chili. No ground beef and no beans.

I love pecan pie. Havent had one in forever. We have binders all over the place. Some family recipes, but mostly our own. I have been working on sauces and condiments lately. Just made a homemade hot pocket over the weekend. Those things were delicious.

Dropped out, but studied culinary arts. We rarely eat out, because we prefer our own food. We cook all the time. We have a cooking group on Facebook, where we share pictures and recipes.
