I know. We grew our own garden this summer, and at least we didn't have to buy any produce this year. We felt better, and the veggies were so much better from our garden than they are from the market. It's hard work, but well worth it.

Honestly, everything we buy from the market is probably killing us. But yeah, it's fine as long as it is done in moderation. Like everything else. They are,,,spicy! Haha.. But they have a great flavor. My daughter can eat them with nothing else, and no drink. I have to have a sandwich with them, and plenty of iced tea. But yeah, the flavor is great.
