i dont workout with anyone. i used to go to the company gym on my lunch break and my coworkers would ask to come. none of them came more than twice. this new job has a gym that im going to after work but i will hopefully get off way before the people im in training with from getting the highest test scores..wont know anyone else to workout with.

im in training at work i dont believe in personal trainers...thats a great way to give up and never go back to working out. the motivation has to come from within...not somebody else. also, they should be more educational instead theyre torturers.
