nah but mom hired a friend of a friend to redo the bathroom and they kinda fucked up. but wed get slugs before then, too. there was a huge hole in the wall back then, tho

maybe? i just see the slugs. usually just one. or i dont see them at all. one crawled all over my bra i forgot and left on the floor once. could see little slime trails all over it.

they crawl in beside the pipes i guess? and we have a new bathroom. its like 2-3 years old...but we got slugs in there before the bathroom was redone.

why when they come to me?

madison got upset the last time we tried to feed him a slug. a huge slug was in the bathroom. sometimes when she takes a bath she ll leave the water in therr and take her time pulling the drain. so she has water in there and is trying to get this huge slug with a pencil. the slug drops into her bath water. she then asks me to drain the watee. i was like..fuck no..im not putting my hand in the slug water...then madison got upset and cried herself to sleep...kids.

they were mostly easy but i also calmed down an upset agent. agents are known for being the nastiest calls and are greatly feared. i calmed her down and got her to agree to wait 7 more days for processing. everyone in class for real clapped when i said this lol i took calls cuz i dont kno how to navigate the systems yet which is what we were supposed to be doing. i refused becuz they havent taught us that yet so i just answered calls while someone else navigated. she said i sounded better than her...my goal is to yeah. sound better...also be better and fill up the place with better reps because most of the reps there are in under their heads and are just winging it. i actually understand what im talking abt.
