yah its actually the hardest job i ever had. theres a lot that goes into life insurance and the many systems we have to know how to use are really complicated but they say it gets easy once youve done it for a week or two.

out of training now and will be in production tomorrow. my friend i made from aflac rides to work with me @8am but since i won the earliest shift..she doesn't start until 10 am so we decided she would sit with me until her shifts starts so i wont be totally thrown to the sharks. wish me luck!

she basically said that they arent hiring for my old job in this city anymore. only in GA. says if i want to come back i have to apply elsewhere in the company. what she didnt say but i know from my informants is that they havent reached service levels since we left and are severely short staffed.
