Friday is my cheat day So for breakfast i had a sausage mcmuffin and i WANTED a caramel macchiato with extra caramel. I said it slowly and patiently to the drive thru girl 3x. She still didn't put it on my order. So i had to tell the 2nd window. They had me pulled up and wait. I waited 8 mins and drove back thru the drive thru and flipped the drive thru girl off and cussed her out. Then my macchiato still wasnt right. N e way I got to work and we all had free bo berry biscuits. So i got one and didnt eat lunch to make up for it SO THEN after my 2nd break my supervisor sent someone for me and they sent me to a conference room. Surprise! Free freshly made popcorn with all these diff flavors. I ate the entire tiny lil popcorn box. Thought the lil popcorn box was cute so i saved it Then about two hours ago i realized i had to eat to take my meds. Popped a healthy choice meal honey glazed turkey and veggies in the microwave. I take two yummy bites and immediately hear "what's that?" A wild Madison appears out of nowhere so i give what's left of my food over to her. Anyway...whatd you eat today?

I think thats part of it. My hair is thick and its like pulling ropes from behind my ears. I like the curls but i keep finding more reasons to relax the fuck out of it.

I tried to give her a chance to explain herself and she pretty much lied about everything. I believe my kid's story. I dont appreciate her messing with my kid's grades like that to prove a point. This is elementary school. Not fucking high school or college where that tough love shit belongs. The kid is only 8 fucking years old. Half their life they were fucking babies. So yah they gonna cry and get mad. Madison said the whole class got candy instead of her. What kid wouldn't go ballastic over that? You dont punish her by fucking with her grades. She has a parent. She can be corrected. I really don't know what the women is thinking but Ill give her another chance since she wasnt a total bitch and is going to fix the grade. But she is definitely on the track of me pulling my kid out her class.

This week was rough on everybody I think. I had a rough week, too. Everyday a new freakin nightmare.

Kid says she got emotional and was put outside. Bought back in after instructions were given for a science project. Kid says she was too scared to ask for directions. Got a 0 on the assignment. Got a 50 average in the entire subject. I was PISSED. Wrote an email asking why my kid was afraid to ask her what to do. Why she didnt tell my kid what to do and gave her a 0 instead. Tried all week to get this teacher to call me cuz she didn't want to explain over email. Was gonna go to the principal Monday. Finally got her on the phone today. Of course teacher told an entirely different story nothing like what my kid said with hardly any details. BUT I got her to agree to drop the zero. I agreed to make Madison ask what for extra work to do to make up for it (we arent gonna tell her the 0 was dropped but make her do some busy work thinking shes trying to make up for it. She does have to learn to control her emotions, to ask for instructions, and do everything she can to do ALL her work). And this teacher didnt send one note home about the incident. I gave them my email at the beginning of the school year. No email. No call. Madison said nothing. I just happen to have the school's gradebook on my phone and knew immediately when she put a 0 in it. REALIZE THIS. This app is really hard to log into. Not only do u need your username and password...you need to know the school's special code for it. I bet most parents don't bother with it. Instructions for its use weren't even sent home this year. Theres a lot of Canadians and other new kids in my kids class this year and i KNOW they dont have the grade book on their phones. So i FULLY believe she tried to fail my kid and thought i wouldn't do shit about it. Nah, lady, i got my eye on you and you are OFFICIALLY on NOTICE.

These calls are hard and the company is poorly ran with people who make lots of mistakes. Then i have to do detective work and figure shit out btwn 3 different types systems that may or may not show conflicting information. Then the job is so difficult and stressful (not stressful much for me because i know what im doing)..but it stresses a lot of people out so they never come to work and thats that many more calls i have to take. Earlier ...omg..while i was writing this i got a call for a customer asking why he hasnt gotten a statement. I look at the policy and it says hes DEAD and we have PAID his beneficiaries. SEE WHAT SHIT I PUT WITH DAILY??

That must be nice. Theyre supposed to fire people who do that but here i dont think they do because i get angry people all the time who say they were hung up on.
