you both need to eat more fiber. you won't get bloated and farty. which btw is not what's happening to me rn. My stomach doesn't like all the salt and oil I use on my popcorn and the rate I ingest it. In my head I call it popcorn sickness and it's like brain freeze. It's an immediate and short lived thing. For example, I already feel better enough to want more popcorn now. As soon as I'm done typing this, I'm going to eat more, and most likely get sick again. Wish me luck!
