  1. Nah, I'd say it's more like Riko and Maaa ditched her. And even then, I wouldn't call it "ditching", as Vueko refused to go in and Riko seemed understanding of that decision before going in herself. Personally, the most unsettling thing about this episode was the vague implication that there was a scene of Reg being tracked down by the Turbinid Dragon that was cut from the previous episode. Which would suck, considering how good [as] has gotten about leaving in post-credits scenes lately. Everything else, even the stuff that's heavier than season 1, is par for the course, and the reactions to all that just feel forced IMO, even if they are legit. I'm just sick of hearing such repetitive responses without variety.

  7. Not gonna lie, my first thought when it turned out Towa died was, "Huh, we've never used the Tenseiga on her before." 10. The new Bleach anime. Anything and everything else shall be a pleasant surprise.
  11. Jam drew a new Kunoichi image that he posted on Patreon today. Naturally, I made a new poster for Nagoya File out of it, but I'll save actually posting it for later. Maybe around Christmas?
  12. Not airing it on TV outright seems like a boneheaded decision, even with Crunchyroll's various rules and regulations. I bet you anything it aired at 3:30am on a Friday night once and only once and no one bothered to check since nobody watches DVR Theater anymore.

  15. Because it's the final arc/saga. The three-part split over two-plus years is just what happens when you adapt it into an anime format while cutting as little as possible.

  17. For what it's worth, I never had the same problems with AO that others do, even concerning the finale. (The OVA, on the other hand, is a whole different story.) But the majority opinion does agree that AO, Pocket Full of Rainbows, and Hi-Evolution are unnecessary at best and godawful at worst, so it's best to keep that in mind when watching the original.
  18. Space Ghost Coast to Coast 11 (World Premiere Toon-In) Damn, they cut Dian Parkinson getting blasted and Brak's complaints about the PPG's eyes. Oh well, if that's the price we had to pay to get "Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins" intact, then I guess that's pretty affordable.
  19. I'm pretty sure Minoriteam was the worst. During the History of Adult Swim bumpers where the "Mongo is second worst" thing came from, they admitted that they made a mistake in greenlighting the show, at least without running it through the pilot stage first. Assy McGee, meanwhile, was just a factoid about how the show got its origins from a scrapped sketch comedy pitch, no sign of open regret anywhere in it. And I can't go talking about the History of [as] and shows the network themselves are ashamed of without mentioning World Peace, whose bumpers never got archived (to my knowledge) but amounted to them refusing to provide their opinion on the program, instead opting to agree and disagree with any and all viewpoints that were, are, and ever will be.
