So I am going on surgery number three for the left side of my body Two years ago I had a FAI with a labrum tear in my left hip fixed three months later I had a quad tendon fixed on the same leg Been OK and then all of a sudden everything came back worse now I can barely walk So I go to MRI after two months physical therapy not working Turns out I have a overly tight psoas on that same side, which is the cause apparently of all my other surgeries So now I get to have that surgery done where they go in and lengthen my psoas because it’s so tight short and overused physical therapy doesn’t work now thanks anatomy
