  1. Oh I know. I know not all of use can leave horrible situations, if that were true, everyone living in the Middle East and Africa would have relocated to America a long time ago. But some times you can leave. And if you can leave a bad situation before it gets even worse, you should, Good people leave and find opportunities and bad people get worse and expect everyone else to be their slave. Sometimes having a reliable outer family-friend-professionals support system of people who are willing to help you can be the difference between life and death.
  2. Yeah, he's an ex-con with homicidal tendencies and a violent raging temper, and his family is totally oblivious to it, they just belittle him and egg him on. Not good. It's a disaster waiting to happen. But I have no control over that, They're too out of control and ill-behaved to be around for very long and still be safe. That's why I did leave, so I'm not bothering to stick around.
  3. Well, that's a problem. No matter what situation you're in, success in life requires common sense, planning, and social skills. People who can't learn to be kind and friendly with people will have difficulty pretty much everywhere they do. A Happy Life requires social AND Survival skills.
  4. My brother's the same way. Homicidal and violent towards his wife, as she often is to him. I'm like, screw this shit, I'm moving. Let THESE fuckers fend for themselves and wipe their OWN asses. There will always be ways to escape people who abuse you. You just have to proceed with caution and know an opportunity when you see it to get out.
  5. I wouldn't. I'd rather brave the unknown, but that's because I'm brave enough to leave people behind. If someone's not treating me right they're eventually going to have to deal with being by themselves. That's not really my problem if someone needs other people. Codependence is not a habit I wish to get into. I actually like the idea of abandoning my other family. I couldn't give a SHIT About them.
  6. Neither. That shit don't fly with me...
  7. Find somewhere else to live and Leave them behind. It's more simple than you think. You should leave behind ANYONE who's abusive or a bully.
  8. Find somewhere else to live and Leave them behind
  9. I agree, anime is fun, but watching some guy go apeshit on twitter is also enjoyable.
  10. Not me, but a lot of scanlators understand both Japanese and English.
  11. Marketing, Editing, Computer science, bilingual translations skills, Internet commerce. Just because pirates pirate stuff doesn't mean no one will hire them for the skills they DO HAVE in general eventually, sooner or later. Reality Check, anime industry. Everyone has employable skills of some sort.

  13. It's like those two things are all anyone online talks about anymore (hating/following Kanye, making anime discussions against pirating or WORKING on pirating), so I say, pick one and do that...The employment office seems a bit narrow online, so everyone's obsessed with Kanye/anime instead of finding employment. Nah, I'm just kidding, both are fine.
  14. When you're 44. Man, it's like no one has the patience to reach their 30s/40s anymore.
  15. Make a decision, man!
  16. Check out my webcomic series, End TImes at: JM-Manga.com

  17. I've been marathoning some classic Gundam for the past three or four days on Roku and YouTube on my TV and Smart TV in 2 separate rooms over time Man alive! I haven't gotten this much marathoning done in like, ever, I watched 14 episodes in 2 days. I gotta admit, it's easier to watch longer youtube videos on TV in bed. It must be the comfort level Gundam Seed 20 - 33
  18. Is it all fantasy, or is there real psychic energy under the surface of anime, too, like the way it's drawn?
  19. I believe it's okay to get spiritual gratification from anime...That still happens. Not all of it, but some of it. Anime is tied to mysticism, magic, and spiritual chi and energy in a way American animation comics traditionally have never been tied to religion. There's a lot more reference to the Oracle chosen one prophecy and mythology now in pop culture than ever before.
