Then again, I'm of the belief everything on Toonami worth watching can be watched elsewhere more easily except Samurai Jack, because that show is awesome.

So last time on Samurai Jack - This broke Tumblr because it was straight and the snowflakes there can't stand that. Now today, Jack apparently is set to meet the Guardian again. Remember the Guardian? He was the only opponent Jack was never able to defeat. It's also implied he's guarding the only time portal left on the entire planet. Two episodes left. Then Toonami's ratings...yeah.

Reynolds said he was pan, but it's hard to show that when it's a single object. Except the credits where the guys and girls turn him on.

I must ask if this makes any more sense in context.

When your job goes belly up, frivolous things like anime are the first to go.

Not with the lead relationships. Besides, Keith being Galra is a Voltes V reference more than anything.

You don't change a series that existed prior like that. As for Voltron, everything with Keith and Lance was headcanon and I'm kinda sick of it.

I'll concede rushed. God I wish we had three more episodes or at least an hourlong finale.

Tumblr is full of romance whining Safe space needing Shower lacking Lolygagging Limp wristed Brain twisted Snowflakes.

It'd be one thing if she was just there as a love interest, but both had distinctive arcs to deal with on their own, and they dealt with said arcs before any romantic interest was bought forth. Both exist independently of the romance arc but are driven to be together given their back stories (Jack's isolation is such a consistent and tragic part of his characterization it makes sense to address it in the finale). That's not forced. Then again, Tumblr will call anything romantic between a man and a woman forced because they're a bunch of snowflakes.

Unicorn airing is sort of the Japanese answer to Samurai Jack season 5. Closure for long running plot lines. But I betcha anything if Jack Season 5 aired in Japan it would get the same cold reply.

The thing is crappy shows doing poorly in the ratings for Toonami is usually an abnormality. Meaning Super sucks even more than Anime The Anime or One Piece of Crap.

Jack continues to be the saving grace on a block Toei keeps ruining. So while Jack gets dat ass, the rest of the block disappoints. But it's still better than if One Piece was airing.
