If you are in a conversation that for some reason goes bad, and you are offended by the way the communication has gone, and disrespect has taken over, do you ever become insulting and mean, trying to resolve it? Personally i hate when a conversation goes that direction, and everyone is grabbing at whatever insults they can to make life miserable for one another. I always regret what i say when i'm mad because even though insults maybe an edge and have some traction they become a sorrow and guilt shortly after.

also i want to add a time i was involved in a three person sex joke clique at a convenience store. our friend was pregnant and happily in a relationship but she was really flirty, and she knew the other guy from outside work . they always told sick sexual jokes and comments to each other, so since they were laughing and enjoying the puns and pokes, i joined in because we were all such great friends at the time and i didnt want to miss out on the laughs. but if anyone heard us it would have been reported.

i remember going through a touchy, feely stage when i was maybe 10 or 11, but all participants were willing. thats the first thing that popped into my mind. but yeah from a personal violation or authority standpoint, and in public at his job and stature, the things you explained seem like crimes, firing him, making him face the consequences of violating sexual harassment policies, and of course legal action should definitely be the result. did you say the same company is transferring him to a different location, or he was told to leave permanently?
