well i'm sorry you are feeling bad. try tea.
im serious take an hour everyday to have a few cups of tea.
relax, breathe deep, and put the things that bother you in perspective.
get some melatonin, valerian root, and skull cap herbs.. make yourself a steady mix of suppliments
to go with your tea... maybe put on music that relaxes you, or think
about calling somebody or inviting somebody to have tea with you..
