god damn March, my refunds can't fund all these ps4 games. to be exact, i'm already spent $100+ for Gamestop, picked up 2 pre-owned this weekend, Atelier Sophie (2nd copy since 1st one has a scratch) and Nights of Azure, of which i used to own. add that to the pre-orders of UMvC3 limited edition and Atelier Firis, and maybe picking up a copy of Ghost Recon too, that's pretty much $150 right there. also, i spent another $140 at Best Buy, picking up a 2nd controller, 2.0 that was on sale and dropping down close to $100 for the Persona 5 Premium Edition pre-order, which i hope is still available. because it looks like it's sold out at gamestop and amazon.

Sf5 can suck a dick as far as I'm concerned right now. I'm waiting for the umvc3 collector's disc to drop at GameStop. I absolutely can't fathom to pay 60 for s1 and s2 characters and I barely even touched the game since I re-bought it this past summer.

i do hope there'll be more options but for the most part it doesn't really feel tactical at all. i miss the old socom series from ps2 era, where they were the standard bearer of tactical shooter.

the things i learned in my limited time spent in the open beta: i hate ubisoft's physics and their camera angles when operating heavy machinery. seriously can't drive without having your vehicle turned into a crumple sheet of metal just by the lightest bump. their cover system is underwhelming, why can't i fucking hug the wall the way i intend to or any object for that matter of fact? and while the map is sure overwhelming, the ecosystem and its wildlife sure is lacking in that department. lots of foliage but not a single wild creature encountered, them flamingos don't count though. and lots of garbage, garbage everywhere and them fucking radios, why must there be so many fucking radios blasting all the time? ubisoft club rewards, unless you have a shit ton of ucoins, i would suggest grabbing the g36c weapon for 40 coins plus the sig556 is free. the other freebies are only available if you're playing as a male character, none whatsoever for you if you're playing a female character. as a matter of fact, most of the purchasable items are for male characters only.

cracked the back of my phone, dropped it face up and now the screen is somewhat broken inside, leaking out purple splots. guess i'll have to wait out till next payday to replace it. managed to unlocked it and changed it to none. hopefully i can make last until next week but i'm not too hopeful about it since the whole damn thing is covered in purple now.
