i love how the 'weather channel' now seems like 'usa' t.v. the drama of weather is....just wow. if anything of significance might be happening (usually hurricanes) i go here.

wait a minute. wouldn't it be 312? because 3 doesn't have a sign, which means that is the 'flow' 2 has to yield to oncoming traffic, as does 1. but 1 can turn after 3, and 2 can turn after 3. so....3,1,2 -
so ... which is it?
