Vagrants don't have addresses, ID, Bank accounts or lawyers who accept contingency cases. Also, every accident requires a sobriety check and that gets entered into the official accident report. The DA's kid is just out of luck.

It does work precisely that way when the accident is caused by either the bus driver's mistakes or when some dumb wobble ass rams the bus with her Escalade because she was watching a video instead of the road. Me? I'm just a passenger on the bus and I'm not responsible for anything a driver ends up doing.

Driving? Of course, if I ever get into a serious accident, it would all be somebody else's fault and I could file for more litigation money.

No audit was done and therefore, the falsification can never be proven. Bringing in some hand picked weirdo with a personal axe to grind to audit the documents, years after the fact would not hold up in any legitimate court proceedings.

I remember that. It was taken down because a few names were visible... without any particular context. Google search any name on that board and get seven hundred people with the same name and different picture, and none of the pictures would match what's on that board. Now, could anybody remember what the question was when I posted this? It is in fact the bank's sole responsibility to audit and verify the value of any collateral offered for EVERY loan, regardless of the amount borrowed. A deliberate failure on the bank's part to do so is not Don's fault at all and when Don met every single one of his payment obligations on those loans, no fraud has been committed. Also, one single person getting a large loan does NOT exclude other borrowers from receiving loans from the same bank.
