  1. Management still had that right. When they don't use it, shame on them.
  2. Everything is kept orderly at theaters. First, there's the front door. All patrons are expected to enter through the front door during business hours. Next, there's the ticket window. This is where patrons are expected to pay the admission fee. Then, there's the auditorium, where the show can be viewed. Patrons are expected to sit still and be quiet during the show. So, what do you think happens when patrons don't meet the expectations? Did anybody creep in through a back door, not buy a ticket, or exhibit loud or disruptive behavior? That's when the owner or manager can take action. Violators are pushed out, kicked out, batted out, and scooted out. Sound fair? Enjoy the show. I sure wish everything else wotked that way.
  3. So, what's going to happen when Trump's term ends and one of your personal favorites gets elected?
  4. Screeshot from linked CNN article. https://www.cnn.com/2025/07/01/us/what-is-alligator-alcatraz-florida
  5. That structure doesn't look like any cloth I know about. It's more like an air conditioned quonset hut.
  6. Tent? Whatever type of structure is in this picture, it still isn't likely to hold together in a hurricane.
  7. I can probably think of a better one without even using any pictures. Carry on...
  8. Probably because the SSA may not have to keep and process W4 forms anymore. It's a great tax break for people earning less than twenty four thousand per year on the Social Security system.
  9. He's counting averages? Averages can be affected by radical highs in the chain. 1+1+1+97=100 100÷4= an average of 25. Now figure placement. If you put all the thermometers in places where the sun is reflected from glass structures, you're likely to get a higher reading. We're not talking about the same conditions found in Southern Florida and changing the definition of subtropic to include places where temperatures quite often go below freezing for months at a time will not change what those places really are.
  10. I guess the writer didn't go there in January.
  11. It's not YouTube. It's a Facebook reel about an earthquake resistent bed. https://www.facebook.com/facts.Wiki1/videos/1212485270163201/?mibextid=rS40aB7S9Ucbxw6v
  12. Oh... It's just a rerun of Christine. The writers and producers didn't have to think much about plot. Just swap out an old car for a thing that does gymnastics and wise cracks like Freddy Kruegar.
  13. That works a lot better in a window box.
  14. Yeah... summer! Finally... it's about friggin' time! I was seriously getting tired of those cloudy, fifty three degree days, stretching into the first week of June. I really was starting to think summer wouldn't start this year. I can do my outdoor cooking now.
