    Actually so far this anime is 13 episodes. But a second season was announced in 2020. BTW, I forgot to point out that this is Toonami's first noitaminA series, a block on Fuji TV that funds very unconventional anime "for people who are not fans of anime". They all tend to be very short in length. They were also the ones behind Princess Jellyfish, Anohana, Honey and Clover, and Eden of the East.

    It ran on TBS as one of their original animated series', and now I guess it's rerunning on Adult Swim too? .... plus I think we'll never see JG Quintel's Close Enough. I fear TBS's original animated programming may be a dead idea.
