  1. Wow... I bet you could call Ronald Reagan on it.
  2. There's a wooden phone pole with a bottle opener bolted to it. I put the bottle opener there in 1978.
  3. Smoking on buses, smoking on planes, smoking in movie theaters, smoking in restaurants and even smoking in hospitals.
  4. That was a run down rooming house on the other side of town. That was all working at Spencer Gifts would get as far as rent goes.
  5. I'd been in some situations where I couldn't even boil the ramen. No access to a stove and the house wires wouldn't hold a hotplate without popping the fuses.
  6. Ramen and beer? I used to do that for fun.
  7. Boss complimented my hair style today.
  8. Where? It's not like I'm the guy drinking out of a dumpster.
  9. what you're describing isn't taking any step. That's rock bottom desparation..

    Put Kahlua on it.
  11. Still chasing that term and found one of its variants. "One Stepper". Seems more accurate though. Get it all done in one decisive step instead of twelve clumsy steps that only have a twenty percent chance of leading to the right door. The twenty is a generous estimate.
  12. This place could use a little Loud Kiddington.
  13. Center cut loin.
  14. What's better... citric acid or sulfenic acid?
  15. I made up the technique on my own, it didn't turn out dry and after listening to you, roasting the marinade and meat together sounds like an even greater improvement. My marinade process is two days in the fridge, fully submerged until all the fat is permeated.
  16. Watching the show might be one thing, but when I see somebody pay $160 to watch "Rug Rats On Ice" at Boardwalk Hall, that's taking fandom to a level of obsession.
  17. No, about eighty minutes for a small one. Dryness? That's what the marinade is for.
  18. His direct quote a few pages back: "Toy cops can't detain me." By "toy cops", he probably means security officers.
  19. You'd have a long wait. Better bring your camping gear.
  20. Sure gets the dishes clean, though.
  21. So, you genuinely believe that security officers can't detain people? How do you think they're able to turn suspects over to the city or state police?
  22. That's what meat thermometers are for. Just leave it there until the meat 165 degrees center.
  23. By toy cops, do you mean, security officer? Yes, here in the casino, they can detain you and even handcuff you to a bull ring.
  24. It's already a requirement to install a "low flow" toilet when remodeling or selling a house. You know, kind of toilet that has to be flushed six times before you get a complete change of water in the bowl. The next thing is likely to be "low flow" aerators in kitchen and bathroom sinks - the kind that would have you standing at the sink for eight minutes trying to fill a large stew pot. The aerator shown here is in fact full force. I'm stocking up on several of them and I know where to get them for half the eBay price. I can make money later, installing them as aftermarket improvements. http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/112306465559?lpid=82&chn=ps&ul_noapp=true
