i'm trying to lose weight by cutting sugar out of my diet (or at least limiting my sugar intake to less than 10g a day), but it seems like the sugar companies are paying alot of money to make sure people don't know how much sugar they are taking in.

when the label says "Total Sugars 2g, Additional Sugars 2g" does that mean there are 4g of sugar or are the additional sugars included in the total? note, i'm aware this is a stupid question, but i believe the sugar industry makes nutrition labels intentionally confusing

arent we the same age? and i found it amusing.
