I'm the same way with most shows. If I've missed the first couple seasons I see no point in starting. Hell, if I miss a couple episodes during a season I just drop the show and wait for a chance to binge watch it later.

I think it's funny that people don't really understand that this stuff doesn't bother him. He exists to get a reaction out of people. That's why he's so entrenched here, and because it's encouraged and he continues getting the attention he craves, he's always here bullshitting around.

It's formulated for modern engines with tighter mechanical tolerances. It also doesn't break down as fast and retains its viscosity over a higher mileage. Its molecules are more uniform so sludge doesn't build up as fast, and it clings to mechanical parts better so that they're protected from friction and corrosion. The main benefit is that it protects from wear for longer. I wouldn't feel safe using synthetic blend beyond six or seven thousand miles. Most full synthetics can go further. You also need a filter designed to last that long though. A dirty filter does no good for your oil. I use synthetic in my car mostly because it lasts longer and I don't have to change my oil every six weeks with how much I drive.
