The funny thing is, I didn't even know I was supposed to be insulted the first time I was called n*gg*r....I was born in Cali and we lived in a nice part of L.A. so I wasn't around gangs and shit, and the people where I lived didn't say it (to my knowledge) when we moved south I heard it, but it never sounded like an insult until we moved to Mississippi.....Even then, it wasn't directed to me. This redneck fuck called my sister a Chinan*gg*r (she's part Asian) and it set me off....I beat the dog shit out of this kid and when I told my mom, she didn't get mad at me at all.....It was then that I learned the dirty history of the word, but I honestly can't say "n*gg*r" is what triggered it....It was just that some racist little shit made my sister cry. Also, incidentally....My son slapped a kid that insulted his sister 2 days ago....I felt good that the bloodline is well preserved in him......And this is his big sister.

I remember mine....It was when we moved to Louisiana when I was 7......I remember starting school and I asked a question.......I used the term "you guys" in some capacity and I was greeted with a resounding collective laughter followed by finger pointing, and poorly structured insults from other 7-8 year olds. The reason it was funny is because I said "you guys" instead of "y'all".....It was that day I was taught the word "y'all" and at the time, I felt dumb because I was unfamiliar with it.......My point is, stupid people like to try and make other people feel stupid by deriding you with stupid shit.

People say this a lot, but the entity that is Venom, isn't it really just a villain? Eddie is mostly an anti-hero because he has no ambitions at world domination of his own.....He just hates Parker and over the years, certain other heroes, and the Symbiote itself isn't really inherently evil, it simply wants to survive and be strong. My limited knowledge of it doesn't lead me to believe it acts out of spite or vengeance outright unless you disturb it's procreation. So when combined, the two become a completely different thing....Venom....Who he, or them, themselves, seek destruction and power......Now in times when Eddie can control the parasite, he does kinda act as an anti-hero, and in time when the symbiote controls him, it's only seeking power and the death of those who oppose it...So at the end of the day, can Venom really be labeled as any of the things such as Hero, anti-hero, of villain? Yes, I'm bored and high....Bout to get drunk.
