I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and he means the creamy consistency of Velveeta, because anything else about it is just awful. That said, I prefer the richer, thicker interior and crusted edges of real cheese so the Velveeta comparison isn't exactly an endorsement to me.

Well, so far no one who uses them has ever given me reason other than it saves you from making groceries....Which I don't really like, but it's not bad. I do like going to the butcher though....I'm kinda like one of "those guys" that goes in and shoots the shit with his butcher and discusses the meat we've cooked recently....It's so lame, but I love it. Athena kinda intrigues me with the 'they offer things she would never think of'....I get in a rut from time to time and start making the same dishes over and over, but then I just watch the food channel with my daughter and we find new shit to try. BUt like I said, it's not something I can see myself continuously doing, but my curiosity is piqued.
