i like seeing Haruko as a monster. those last few moments in episode 6 of flcl coupled with her phantasmic nature and destructive power as well as eyebrows' descriptions of her.

FLCL humor is two people having separate conversations simultaneously which, through their alternating nature, go from seeming wholly unrelated to tangentially related and then, at the end, being linked by an existential theme. for a second, i thought we were there, but they cut their exchange short.
