    on that note, Japan's history is about the same as America's...just older Japan was also home to an indigenous people (the Ainu) but then invaded by Korean Immigrants who attempted to genocide the Indigenous peoples to steal their land, and are only just recently making some sort of ammends for their treatment of those indigenous people
