Japan has a big issue lately with passive aggressively demonizing LGBT people and acting like being gay is a childhood delusion you're supposed to outgrow....and I feel it's ruining most anime for me, I generally preffer anime that DON'T try to include gay storylines now, because I know if they do the characters will "get over" being gay later also, japan is ACTUALLY forcibly sterilizing LGBT people now, so I'm starting to question why I like anime at all
