I wouldn't call fireforce dark....it's too immature and stupid to pull off being dark that said Soul Eater's manga actually had just as much sexual harrassment of the girls as Fireforce does, the anime just removed most of it Soul eater = Decent well thought out anime with really likable characters, a nice Tim Burtonesque aesthetic, a bit of fanservice and good comedy fireforce = a bland generic shonen with extremely unlikable characters, that relies entirely on borderline creepy and predatory fanservice to distract you from how forgettable it is MHA = Decent well thought out Shonen series with a western superhero aesthetic, surprisingly little fanservice all things considered, and likable characters
