Already tried all of that. It has 2 drives but the only one I ever had to use was never close to full and since the reinstall there's barely anything on it. I even took the computer apart and made sure everything was connected properly. I've been troubleshooting for days. It started with an infinite repair loop and when I got that figured out the long boot ups started after booting normally for a day or two.

It's just a laptop. It can run some low end PS3 era stuff like Oblivion at max settings but anything heavier than that it doesn't run any better than an actual PS3 could. The CPU is an AMD A10-7400P/BGA. Somewhere around a 3 Ghz I believe (it's booting right now so I can't confirm). Quad core processor.

I stopped all non-essential startup operations and it didn't speed it up at all. And the task manager said the bios only took 3.7 seconds.

Windows 10 Asus laptop takes about half an hour to boot. Reinstalled windows and it booted normally for a couple days but the issue has returned.
