well, several dreams. In the first one, i was witness to an ax murder by two fellows. And then spent the rest of the dream trying to solve the mystery with my partner. At the end of the dream, me and my partner track the men to the airport at which point we confront them. And then, the two men and my partner each pull out an ax and attack me then i woke up. In the next dream, things start off with me and some friends going into the sewers, to find an underground lair where some guy has the philosopher's stone. I then go in to the main room of the lair and observe the villain (who looked like a young Geoffrey Rush) who then revealed that he didnt want to use to for evil, just to help humanity. (He then starts to peel away the outside of it which is a fruit, pretty much a giant strawberry, then hands the husk to me. It was delicious.) My friends swoop in to take the stone and we proceed to make a great escape along the high rafters. anyways. REM sleep is good

i can respect that version. I actually enjoy it a lot, and i guess if you were to look at capturing the spirit of the original and elevating it, then it's better than dc's version. BUT i also think that what can make a cover good is taking the song and reworking it in a different style without losing the heart of it. Which the dixie chicks did super well no?
