    To be fair, it seems the 4/8 Prime date is only for the Subtitled version. It seems the dub COULD still come to Toonami, though it's a longshot.

    So I THINK him eating the mushroom after the pilot got shot and surviving the plane crash was supposed to indicate that it's some kind of miracle cure. That explains why he's hunted by the powers-that-be, but it's possible he would survive if getting shot after eating one of those.
