If you would have held it until Food Wars came on, maybe! Episode 11 - Attack on Titan The Final Season [2021-02-23] - Anime News Network 3.5 stars. I thought it was a really good episode dialog-wise, but apparently this week's is gonna be a BLAST!!

Same. The joy of watching Gurren Lagann for the first time, and discovering Now and Then, Here and There afterward, only to experience the pain of having the whole thing interrupted by Strait Jacket (which admittedly was pretty good) and later some Central Park Media crap that was nigh-unwatchable (maybe it was X the movie?) when Gurren Lagann needed to take a dub hiatus was quite palpable. Also watched Gundam 00 as part of that block and discovered Descendants of Darkness. Man, Manga Entertainment was quite the mixed bag!

This is gonna be the worst decline in quality from a first cour to a second since The Big O, apparently!

So no confirmation yet as to whether or not there will be a Part 2 of The Final Season...

Moving on to the season's final arc tonight! Episode 21: "Against Corps Rules" 3:30 AM, ending Toonami with a SLASH!
