I had pizza for the third time in five days. Woot?
-
Getting older sucks ass. That is all.
-
I think I saw that on Facebook, too. If I had been able to make the trip, I certainly would have. She was -- and still is even now -- one of my favorite people from the [as]MB.
-
I know. I'm still in disbelief, too.
-
She did have an avatar from an anime that was shown on [as], but it was of Edward from Cowboy Bebop. (My memory is both a blessing and a curse.)

Obviously thinking about Saddy and her friends and family. As soon as I heard about her passing I, as Neil Peart wrote and Geddy Lee sang, felt a shadow cross my heart.

For saddy. In this one of many possible worlds All for the best or some bizarre test? It is what it is and whatever Time is still the infinite jest The arrow flies when you dream The hours tick away, the cells tick away The Watchmaker keeps to his schemes The hours tick away, they tick away The measure of a life is a measure of love and respect So hard to earn, so easily burned The measure of a life is a measure of love and respect So hard to earn, so easily burned In the fullness of time A garden to nurture and protect In the rise and the set of the sun 'Til the stars go spinning Spinning 'round the night Oh, it is what it is and forever Each moment a memory in flight The arrow flies while you breathe The hours tick away, the cells tick away The Watchmaker has time up his sleeve The hours tick away, they tick away The measure of a life is a measure of love and respect So hard to earn, so easily burned In the fullness of time A garden to nurture and protect It's a measure of a life The treasure of a life Is a measure of love and respect The way you live, the gifts that you give In the fullness of time Is the only return that you expect The future disappears into memory With only a moment between Forever dwells in that moment Hope is what remains to be seen Forever dwells in that moment Hope is what remains to be seen In the fullness of time A garden to nurture and protect It's a measure of a life In the fullness of time A garden to nurture and protect It's a measure of a life In the fullness of time A garden to nurture and protect It's a measure of a life In the fullness of time A garden to nurture and protect It's a measure of a life It's a measure of a life It's a measure of a life It's a measure of a life Forever in our hears. We love you and we'll undoubtedly miss you, Saddy.

Oh, sweet! I also forgot to mention I have a friend from high school who's lived in Denver for several years now. (I don't think she's into sports though.)
-
Well, I hope someday that turd sells the team to someone who actually wants to win. (Fun fact: During the summer of 1992, when I was 10, my mom and I went to visit my grandparents in Wyoming, where they lived from 1991-96, we went to Rocky Mountains National Park, and we ended up going to a souvenir shop afterward and Mom bought me a Colorado Rockies ballcap. I don't know where it is now, but I thought it was a fun little cap. Also, later that year, Mom had the bright idea of buying me some Denver Broncos gear while we were up there for Christmas. My friends back home almost kicked my butt when we got back home. lol I was actually an Oilers fan, but Mom bought the stuff as souvenirs so I wore them when I could. lol) Also, I had forgotten about the Rapids' 2010 MLS Cup Championship.

Yeah, she was pretty cool. I remember one time on the [as]MB when someone made a Les Stroud vs. Bear Grylls thread and I had the idea of making the two "survivor experts" duke it out in a post-apocalyptic-themed setting (think Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome) and she not only thought it was a great idea, but also suggested that Primus songs, including "Too Many Puppies", played in the background. She and I became friends because of music. My thoughts and prayers go out to Blue (her husband's [as]MB username started with the word Blue, but I don't remember the rest of it), their children, and their friends and other family members.

Congratulations, MD! Now you just need the Rockies to win the World Series and you'll have champions in all four major North American sports.

I had a meat lovers breakfast bowl.
-
Well, I finally know what the fox said.
-
I had Italian meatballs covered in cheese. I also wanted to switch it up so I had some sweet potato fries to go along with the meatballs.

Same here. I mean I'm not really trying to complain. I just thought something like MJF vs. Adam Cole would be the main event, especially considering the stipulation for Cole. Oh, well. It's been a pretty good card so far.

I dare all of you to use this phrase tomorrow

Hamburger sand time! Hamburger sand time! -
Yes, that’s a good point.
-
I love you AEW, but why are you opening with the AEW World Championship elimination match between MJF and Adam Cole?
-
Surprisingly, none.
-
That makes a lot of sense, actually.
