I did a couple 30 day/30 night water fasts and the way your skin looks and feels is amazing after detox. I am starting a 40 day today. Hopefully, i can hit the big 50 i’d be proud. Yes, no food for 40+ days. I do take supplements. Multivitamin and an electrolyte formula (make sure they have no carbs to knock you out of ketosis).
If you ever do an extended fast, try intermitternt fasting first. Start 16:8, 18:6, then work your way up to 20:4 (first number is fasting hours, second is eating window). I mix that with OMAD (one meal a day). You can eat whatever you want without restrictions and still lose weight and correct your skin/body, too. I follow keto, though.
