I can’t take pills on a empty stomach so i only ingest electrolytes when fasting. Sodium, magnesium, potassium. I use ancient sea salt for sodium, magnesium gluconate powder, and Nu Salt for potassium. Easier on the stomach for me.

Well, i did 23:1 with OMAD. You can fast for 23 hours then have a 1 hour eating window. Try to eat keto.

Intermittent fasting is still very successful.

It’s simple after the first 3 days. Get all that junk out your body.
